Intrusion Alarms

An intruder in your home not only puts your personal property at risk, but exposes your family to physical peril. Jade Alarm’s TOTAL STRONG protection plan will intimidate any attempted intruder, record the attempt and, most importantly, get help to your door as quickly as possible.

Our systems can be designed to detect forced entry through doors and windows USING OUR ANTI-DEFEAT MAGNASPHERE SENSORS and unusual interior movement is detected utilizing our sophisticated ProSeries motion sensors. Our ProSeries sensors are so intelligent they detect attempted defeat by blockage or spray painting and prevent expensive false alarms from non-intruder sources. Our Pet Friendly motion sensors are utilized in residences with cats and dogs to prevent false alarms and yet have excellent intruder detection capabilities.

Fire Alarms

When a fire breaks out in our home, seconds matter. Jade Alarm’s state-of-the-art smoke, heat, and fire detection systems will quickly recognize the threat and alert you. Our Central Station Monitoring Command Center Dispatchers will immediately contact the authorities for response.

Enviro-Alert Supervision

This multi-capability sensing system can supervise not only abnormal high or low temperature but also alert upon abnormal water detection or level.

Personal Security

Jade Alarm Co. can add a reliable silent or audible holdup/panic alarms for the protection of family members. Each person will carry a FOB, pendant or belt-clip transmitter that can provide transmit an emergency signal to our UL Certified Monitoring Command Center where our trained dispatchers will contact the authorities for response. These devices add to your home security (e.g. when working in the yard, going to and from your car parked in the driveway, or kept on the night stand next to your bed). Both hardwired and totally wireless units are available depending upon the application.

Carbon Monoxide Detection

Carbon Monoxide has earned its title of “the Silent Killer”. It is the leading cause of accidental poisoning deaths in America, costing about 500 lives every year, plus more than 15,000 hospital visits.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends that each home have at least one carbon monoxide detector in the area outside individual bedrooms. The commission believes that carbon monoxide detectors are as important to home safety as smoke detectors.

Video Surveillance and Recording

Video surveillance is not just for businesses. When you are home, you can have a clear view of who is at the door before you open it with some of our systems allows for remote viewing from your smartphone. When you are out, a visual record of intrusion attempts has proven to be an invaluable tool in apprehending the culprit.

SecureNet™ True Digital Radio Security Monitoring

In 1983 Jade Alarm Co. installed the first radio alarm receiving station in this area. This was due to customers having their phone lines cut and systems disabled by the more inventive thieves. Then, in 1992 the 1st US installed, intelligent radio network was accomplished by Jade Alarm Co. Due to its continued expansion, Jade Alarm Co. now has the largest network of its type in the United States. This is to ensure our customers will receive the best we are able to offer.

Monitoring

Jade Alarm Co. is this area’s only full service independent U.L. Certified Monitoring & Installation Company. Our trained personnel at our Monitoring Command Center determine the appropriate response (Police, Fire Department, Service, etc.) upon receipt of a signal. We will notify the responding authority to come to your aid in the event of an alarm.
